Job Title: B2B Cannabis Sales Manager

We seek an experienced B2B sales manager contractor to join the CACB team. As a commission-based position, there is no limit to your earning potential, and you have the flexibility to create your schedule. You can work with a competitively priced product catalog and manage a portfolio of accounts in California. As long as accounts are actively placing orders, and positive relationships with clients are maintained, the position offers stability and growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the cannabis industry in California. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, while driving sales and revenue growth. You will be a key player in developing and executing the sales strategy and will be expected to work collaboratively with CACB leadership to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with your existing and prospective clients.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing strong relationships. You should be a self-starter with a hunter mentality, and love the idea of having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting is a plus, as is a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:
1.) Facilitating bulk transactions through our Benicia, CA HQ, utilizing our menu of flower, concentrates, oils, etc. (We can make ANYTHING!)
2.) Leverage our state-of-the-art facility to close whitelabel and co-packing contracts.
