California Association of Realtors is Hiring an IT Helpdesk and Technical Training Coordinator Near Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

Helpdesk:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Association staff; administer the Help Desk and internal help desk ticketing system
Set up, troubleshoot and support a variety of desktop applications and mobile devices
Configure new and replacement desktop equipment.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties and assignments as needed.

Technical Training:

Develop and conduct technical training for new software rollouts and create training videos and how-to reference guides.
Conduct both live and recorded training presentations and webinars.
Learn new technologies and maintain a keen understanding of training trends and best practices.
Review training programs to ensure content remains current and is delivering the expected results and a high-quality educational experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science or relevant field.
2 years’ experience working in a help desk environment or equivalent technical experience.
1 years’ training experience
