Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences. Duties:
- Plan and execute menus, ensuring variety and innovation while considering dietary restrictions and preferences
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes, menu items, and special promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of food service management principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative menu items
