Opportunity: Caliber is in search of a highly motivated Sr Software Developer to join a team responsible for maintaining and implementing new software solutions to keep our repair centers running at peak capacity. You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality software applications. Responsibilities Responsible for software development using the .NET Framework and coding in C#. Ability to develop and maintain applications hosted in Microsoft Azure Produce documented architectures, workflows, and logical processes. Support and maintain existing corporate software applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and quality assurance engineers, to ensure that software products are developed and delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues that arise during development, testing, and deployment. Perform risk assessment and mitigation activities. Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, including code reviews and mentoring. Attend team meetings to communicate project status as well as discuss new ideas and any issues. Implement the organization’s change management process across all affected areas. Manage and implement tier III production support issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience with Microsoft web technologies in the Visual Studio .Net environment (C#, ASP.Net, ASMX, WCF, XML, JavaScript, HTML). React is a plus. Working experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure SQL, SQL Server and Cosmos DB, Azure storage, Azure devops Minimum 6 years SQL Server experience with ability to code and debug stored procedures. Extensive JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience—jQuery or other framework experience a plus Thorough understanding of data security techniques and implementation in modern web technologies Strong communication skills with ability to lead whiteboard discussions. Background in development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies Strong knowledge of SDLC methodology Passion for creating great software. Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development. Customer First attitude in solving all opportunities. Self-pride and self-motivation to go above and beyond and not just get the check mark of a job complete. Ability to work as a team with other teammates within the group.
