Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, procuring parts, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments
- Process parts orders and assist customers with part inquiries
- Utilize data entry skills to update and maintain parts database
- Collaborate with technicians to identify and procure necessary parts for repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, or via email
- Assist with equipment repair and fabrication as needed
- Coordinate logistics for parts delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or parts department preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure competitive pricing when procuring parts
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles
