Cali Tacos is seeking an assistant manager that can handle customer service issues, follow general manager directions, and be taught in all roles, including cashier, prep, line/cook, and so on. The position would require you to be bilingual, have prior customer service expertise, and have held a leadership position in your previous employment, Assess the quality of prepared recipes and ingredients, properly handle all foods to prevent cross contamination, manage labeling of all refrigerators, communicate with management and staff when products and ingredients are below standards, and help ensure all team members and stations are working in an expeditious rate.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook, prep cook, or higher position

· Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish

· Experience in customer service

· Leadership role in previous employment

· Willingness to support the team and restaurant for success

· Ability to lift or move 50 pounds, frequently

· Ability to kneel, bend, and stoop, frequently

· Have knowledge of restaurant skills including equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
