Responsibilities:
-Open or close the store on time,
- Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees
Experience:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly preferred
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profits
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
