Position Overview:

As a Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests while also ensuring the quality and freshness of our food. Whether you're assisting guests at the front counter or interacting with them at the cash register, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, work alongside supportive team members, and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

· Provide friendly and attentive service to our guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from start to finish.

· A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

· Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)

· Take orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments and addressing any guest concerns or inquiries.

· Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

· Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food products.

· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Contribute to a positive team culture by communicating effectively, offering support to colleagues, and embodying our company values.

Qualifications:

· Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

· Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

· Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.

· Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a hot and noisy kitchen environment.

· Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations (acquired at your expense).
