• Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Assure independent execution of Supply Chain Planning supporting all brands, all customers, and all factories
• Weekly AO reporting review: Maintain material position visibility and alignment to POs and forecasts
• Prepare operational reporting and KPIs: Measure, analyze, and identify opportunities and areas of focus within broader Wholesale/Sourcing department that drive cost, quality and speed
• Review bulk buys : Lead in the evaluation and actions related to the creation of material bulk buys associated with MOQ constraints
• Support Rough-Cut Plans: Assists in creating and disseminating seasonal Rough-Cut plans to all stakeholders
• Problem solve: Facilitate resolution for factory production issues/delays between US and PAA sourcing teams to minimize impact or disruption to customers via participation in Daily Hot Sheet process
• Work cross-functionally: Communicate regularly with Demand Planning and Product Development teams regarding resource availability and lead time responsiveness
• Reporting for various areas: Run reporting for factory capacity management, production execution monitoring, and material inventory/purchasing activities

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance required
• 1-3 years relevant business experience within Wholesale/Supply Chain required
• Data analytics / trend report preparation & analysis required
• Experience within MS Office: Word, Excel (Above Average), Outlook, PowerPoint required
• Experience with SAP (FI, S4, AO, BI, AFS, FSCM) or equivalent required

This position has a compensation range of $52,200 $62,640. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidates qualifications and experience.
