Calera Total Care Clinic is a privately owned clinic located in Calera, Oklahoma that offers a variety of health care services to the residents of Calera and surrounding areas.
The clinic operates on a hybrid model of half cash pay and half insurance pay, allowing patients to choose the payment option that suits their needs and preferences. The clinic provides the following services:
Urgent care: The clinic treats minor injuries and illnesses that require immediate attention, such as cuts, sprains, infections, allergies, etc.
The clinic is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and accepts walk-ins and appointments.
Family medicine: The clinic offers primary care services for patients of all ages, such as physical exams, immunizations, chronic disease management, preventive care, etc. The clinic has a team of board-certified family physicians and nurse practitioners who provide personalized and comprehensive care to each patient.
Testing lab: The clinic has an on-site laboratory that performs various tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, drug tests, STD tests, etc. The clinic uses advanced equipment and technology to ensure accurate and timely results. The clinic also partners with local hospitals and specialty labs for more complex tests.
Medspa: The clinic offers hormone and beauty treatments for patients who want to enhance their health and appearance. The clinic provides services such as hormone replacement therapy, Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, etc. The clinic has a team of certified and experienced aestheticians and medical professionals who perform the treatments in a safe and comfortable environment.The clinic also operates as a telehealth clinic when needed, using online platforms and devices to connect patients with providers remotely. This allows the clinic to lower patient costs by having providers on call, rather than on site.

Hiring immediately remote for start up- Clinical Manager to assist in startup of the clinic. . They will be responsible for assisting physicians and nurse practitioners with patient care, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly.

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Take patient vital signs and record medical history.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing.
- Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and self-care instructions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.
