Installs, operates and maintains computer, device software.
Assists coordinators in installing software for training sessions.
Monitors network and collaborates with staff to make certain of uninterrupted operation.
Consults with superiors and gives feedback on issues causing a change in assignments.
Supporting End User's in using equipment assigned to them.
Assists in maintaining accurate inventory of computer equipment.
Assists in previewing software purchases.
Assists in troubleshooting printing issues.
Responds to assigned helpdesk problems.
Other duties as directed by the Supervisor or Administrators.
Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with an Associates’ Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Data Processing or a related field; or
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and three years of related technical experience with an emphasis on customer support; or
An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by limits above.
