The Driver Recruiter is expected to positively promote and represent Caledonia Haulers and its employment culture, to anticipate the evolving driver needs of the company, to create and build relationships with potential and current drivers, and to achieve hiring goals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations and Driver Services to locate regions where drivers are needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm campaigns for driver recruitment.
• Collaborate with HR to process incoming driver applications and ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Source potential drivers and build a qualified candidate pipeline using Tenstreet.
• Actively source and manage driver leads via inbound and outbound calls, social media, and Tenstreet / Driver Pulse.
• Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and effectiveness.
• Professionally represent Caledonia Haulers at career fairs and other such events to recruit potential drivers.
• Achieve hiring goals in a timely manner to maintain seated truck count.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to have a flexible schedule and travel as needed, including occasional weekends.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
