Walden School's preschool classroom needs a long term substitute paraeducator to work starting March/April 2024 through the end of the school year June 2024. The long term substitute will work in the preschool classroom with with a single student and be a one-on-one assistant to the preschooler. This position would be focused on social/emotional and behavioral supports. CCSU and Caledonia Cooperative School District will support training, as needed.This position pays $15.00 per hour is an 7.5 hour work day including a paid 30 minute lunch break.
The position is school days only. There are 16 work days in April, 22 work days in May and 10 work days in June and March work days will depend on the start date.All employees must get fingerprinted to work in education and to work in preschool program.
