Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by managing various HR functions and providing exceptional support to employees. Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support workforce management activities, including maintaining employee schedules and tracking attendance
- Assist with training development and implementation to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Assist with HR sourcing activities to attract top talent
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee information, benefits, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage social media platforms to promote the company's employer brand
- Support HR projects as assigned, demonstrating strong project management skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR roles or related positions
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies and techniques
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
