PROJECT MANGER / BUDGET ANALYST

We have a need for a Assistant Project Manager / Budget Analyst who will be responsible for the budgeting, reporting, analyzing, and administration for projects.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage project budgets
• Estimating project cost
• Source pricing from vendors and suppliers
• Works with project managers and supervisors
• Analyze and compare budgets against the benchmark
• Track and report monthly material usage
• Administration for projects
• Review Contracts
• Invoices variances to the budget

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent with computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience/knowledge of construction
• Ability to learn to read and interpret plans.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
