Caldera House is a luxury hotel and commercial property dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through the highest standards of hospitality. The Breakfast Attendant is a strategic partner in creating an unparalleled hospitality experience for the hotel guests, members, and visitors of Caldera House.

The breakfast server will serve food and beverage in a timely, friendly, and professional manner according to established company standards and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage orders placed during breakfast service
• Ensure accurate accounting of all orders into the POS
• Allocate charges to necessary member accounts
• Maintain a clean, organized and appropriately stocked bar, cabinets, and storage areas
• Have a strong understanding of all Caldera House operations (Retail, F&B, Hotel, and Club), as well as the Jackson Hole area
• Have a strong understanding of all menu items

Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School dipoloma or equivalent preferred
• Communicate effectively in English
• 6 months of related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of wine and food an asset
