Serve as an expert in theServiceNow IRM implementation leading ServiceNow

practices advancements and innovation.

Having priorexperience on IRM CAM (Continuous AuthorizationMonitoring)

implementation

Must haveexperience on overall platform capabilities with specializationin

IRM implementation (Policy and compliance Riskmanagement Audit

management Operational resilienceVendor Risk management Business

continuity managementmodules)

Understanding of IRM domain and itsfundamentals.

Able to realize and translate therequirements to user stories for

implementation.

Thorough understanding of ServiceNow GRCproduct offerings ad ability to

develop solutionarchitecture with ServiceNow IRM Products

Must have goodunderstanding on inter relationship between ServiceNowIRM

products with other ServiceNow products like ITSMITOM SecOps

Solutioning and Designing the IRM solutionusing industry best practices.

Experience in doingentity scoping exercise.

Understand overall businessobjective and run workshops to gather detailed

requirements and design the solution with the necessaryapplications that

needs to be integrated.

Handson development to include creation configuration andcustomization of

policies controls indicators riskframeworks audit test plans attestation and

assessmentsetc.

Design and modify ServiceNow forms workflowsscripts transform maps

reports dashboards and businessrules.

Configuring IRM portals.

Experience inmultiple ServiceNow implementations

Lead theconfiguration and customization of ServiceNow instances.

Configuring Policies Risks Audit test plans Vendor contractsOperational

reports and integration either with UCF orconfiguration of ServiceNow use

caseaccelerators.

Configuration / Customization of the ServiceNow system including creating

workflows.

Provide design and work with development team on integrations andprocess

automation using Service Now Orchestration andoverall solution

implementation.

Required Experience and Skills :

10 years ofexperience with 4 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM

implementation

Experience in ServiceNow IRMdesign and implementations with a fair

understanding ofIRM model plugins and accelerators like CAM.

Excellentcustomer facing skills.

Should have worked extensivelyon ServiceNow Integrations with other

externalsystems.

Should be able to hold discussions with theclients on the best approach for the

client afteranalyzing their environment.

Must have workingexperience Agile environment.

ServiceNow CertifiedImplementation Specialist IRM

Understanding of variousregulations like HIPAA FSA PCI etc. (Good to have)
