Responsible for direct management and oversight of anin-house quick serve restaurant. Oversees and ensures restaurant and kitchencondition complies with company standards including; cleanliness, foodhandling, store and food service, sanitation, customer service andmerchandising – thereby maximizing store profitability, expense control, inventorylevels and shortage control.Ensuresquality and consistent marketing and merchandising restaurant program.Responsible for restaurant employee recruitment, selection, training,discipline when necessary; while fostering a coaching environment whererestaurant staff want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. Thisis an hourly, non- exempt position usually scheduled for a 40 hourworkweek.
