Store Locations: Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania (Subway & LTC)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years multi-unit food service experience

Scope:

The Restaurant Brand Manager supports the growth, performance and sustained long-term profitability for 40 plus locations. Utilizes specialized knowledge, experience, processes to provide guidance and direction to store leaders and add value to the business and drive outcomes. Employs a multi-dimensional view to consider customer, commercial, people, financial and operational perspectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Experience with business processes and working methods with 5 years of multi-site Senior Management experience in a similar high volume retail food service chain, or complex food service operation.
• Ability to drive business results with a balance of strong leadership skills and passion for process and people.
• Experience leading and developing people.
• Experience creating and implementing, strategy, plans, setting budgets and following up goals.
• Experience in food service design and construction projects.
• Demonstrates work history of driving outcomes and obtaining results. Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe Certified (Required) Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) - preferred Foodservice Management Professional (FMP) – preferred
• Monitors operational and financial performance within the store team and secures all centrally developed strategies and initiatives are consistently executed.
• Secures compliance at the store through training and follow-up of Food Safety audits and Operational reviews.
• Ensures operating routines supports HACCP requirements, proper use of Preparation Production Serving Instructions (PPSI), Ordering, Receiving and Production Planning.
• Issues operational routines and controls for each store to ensure compliance.
• Collaborates across the organization to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and is always in good repair. Supports the expansion and renovation needs to ensure the growth of CAL’s.
• Supports the acquisition of store level talent, as well as organization reviews and succession planning processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience supervising multi-unit retail stores.
• Prior experience with Multi unit Food Service is required.
• Possess computer knowledge with the ability to operate the Company’s Back Office System.
• Is adaptable, responsive and has an open communication style and the ability to act quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to travel extensively throughout the region.
