The General Manager / Store Manager is responsible for direct management oversight of a high volume, Car Care Center. Oversees and ensures that the overall store condition complies with company standards including; cleanliness, sanitation, customer service. – thereby maximizing store profitability, expense control, inventory levels and shortage control. . Responsible for store employee recruitment, hiring, training, discipline and firing when necessary; while fostering a coaching environment where team members want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. This is a salaried, exempt position with an expectation of a 50 hr workweek, or whatever is necessary to effectively manager and oversee the location.
