Managing a team of salespeople at the dealership and getting vehicles sold every day.
Responsibilities
- First and foremost Close Deals and make sales
- Managing Your Team’s Success: Attitude, Training, Motivation and Goals
- DAILY Follow-Up Check with Each Salesperson
- Expected to be expert on the Sales Process A to Z
- Expected to ensure the CRM daily work plan is completed
- Due Bills- see work promised through to the end to ensure customer satisfaction
- Goal tracking with Forecaster Reporter: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly
- Must get (4) 4 or 5 Star reviews per salesperson on your team
- Keep the retail frontline and lot organized and fresh looking
- Manage Credit filing system in the Sales Office -
- Follow All of your Sold Deals through Finance: Trades, Stips, Approvals, Signatures
- Responsible for the Appearance of your team: Proper Attire, Clean Shaven
- Find Your Ride- assist in locating vehicles at the auction to fulfill customer requests
- Constantly looking to hire talented Sales People to be on your team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
