Cakeshop by LGO is looking for Experienced Cake Decorators!
FT & PT 7am - 7pm - Must have Weekend Availability!
Cake Shop by LGO is a high volume bakery. We produce the highest quality pastries and cakes, as well as, supply large wholesale orders. We also supply our own store front with daily selections of unique, specialty cakes and pastries for our walk-in guests. Every day we strive to provide the best cakes & pastries and we achieve it by upholding high standards on our product quality.
We are looking for professional Cake Decorators who have at least 2 years in a bakery / cake shop setting building, icing and decorating all types of cakes. Candidates must be able to take and follow direction well. Must be recipe literate and have professional knowledge of scratch baking, must have excellent working knowledge of fondant decorations and using fondant to cover cakes, icing cakes, piping buttercream flowers and using buttercream to decorate cakes. Proficient in working with and creating fondant figurines, working with gum paste, flower making, designing every day, personal, and wedding cakes. Our Cake Decorator must be a creative individual with a good eye for design that keeps ups with the latest trends for cake designs. Excellent customer service is required!
