Cake Mortgage Corp. is Hiring a Remote Wholesale Account Executive - Inside Sales

Description

Cake Mortgage Corp. is a Southern California Based Wholesale lender in the Agency, Government and Non-QM lending space. We have experienced ownership and management without any legacy issues you may have experienced in the recent past. Open territories are another plus.

We are seeking an on-site/in-house Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive. If you are currently an Inside Wholesale Account Executive with Mortgage Broker relationships, with a history of documented Non-QM, Government and Agency production, we can offer you a first-rate customized support team. We are nimble and able to move as you need.   • Mortgage lender headquartered in Chatsworth, CA
  • Approved in 45 states
  • Offer different programs including conventional, high balance, jumbo, government and Non-QM loans
  • Fast & friendly internal operations staff
  • Efficient turn times in all departments
  • Open territories without Broker Account conflicts
  • Multiple Non-QM Conduits with redundancy to insulate liquidity challenges
  • Aggressive commission structure

Job Duties:

  • Cold call potential clients 50-70 calls per day
  • Migrate your existing book of business. We do not require a high dollar production history, but some past volumes that show you understand the industry and have customers in place
  • Responsible for cold calling, contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers and bankers
  • Provide sales management with timely production pipeline reports, projections, etc.
  • Proven ability to set and reach realistic sales goals. Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
  • Proven ability to use independent judgment and discretion
  • Build and maintain relationships with current & new potential brokers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding potential clients to securing a deal
  • Find new sales opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Communicate new announcements, changes, or policies to brokers on a regular basis
  • Effectively explain and communicate programs and products to brokers
  • Act as liaison between brokers and internal loan operations staff

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years Mortgage Origination or Mortgage related experience. 
  • Must have an established broker base with documented production - we do not require a large volume history, but some production that will show your activity
  • Demonstrate successful sales experience
  • Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations and laws
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and service-oriented attitude

· Documented Non QM, Government and Agency Production
