Description
The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for reviewing Non-QM, Non-Agency, DSCR, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, working with Investor, Brokers, and internal Account Executives; and reviewing credit, capacity, compliance, and collateral characteristics of a loan file to ensure they meet investor quality standards.
