Job Title: Part time Barista ~16-20hrs

Job Summary: Cake Fetish is searching for a skilled barista to make gourmet coffee drinks. You will also greet and help customers, answer phones, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other job duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Steaming milk and making coffee & tea drinks
• Assist in daily tasks including, but not limited to, helping customers, answering phones, taking orders and doing dishes
• Be able to use a cash register with accuracy
• Keep a clean work station
• Ensure that all products meet the highest quality, freshness, and food safety standards
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements throughout your daily work
• You will assist with cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas, tools, and equipment
• Baristra: All above quickly and efficiently produce hand crafted beverages.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience coffee bar experience
• Pastry Arts diploma or equivalent education a plus, but not required
• Experience with high volume production
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to follow a recipe
• A passion for baked goods, craft drinks and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Part-time – Weekday & Weekends – Opening shift 7:30-2:30 & 2:30-8:30, mid shift
