Role Overview:As a Draftsperson, you will play a crucial role in translating our clients' visions into detailed, accurate drawings and plans. Working closely with our designers and project managers, you will contribute to the development and execution of high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Collaborate with designers to develop design concepts and iterate on revisions.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design elements seamlessly.
• Contribute to project documentation and maintain organized digital and physical files.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Previous experience in interior design, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
