We also recognize and support the need to be flexible when necessary to support the challenges life may throw your way
  • We want you to treat others - including our clients, our adversaries and your co-workers - with respect and dignity, and we want you to be treated that same way. Our work can be stressful and difficult. We appreciate that it can at times take significant effort to be sensitive to the feelings of others when you are under stress or tight deadlines. We want everyone to do their best to make that extra effort. Within the firm, we encourage open communication and discussion so that conflicts can be resolved promptly and productively
  • We would like all firm employees to find a way, comfortable to them, to give back to the community. The firm has a long and deep history of philanthropy, and it is an important part of our culture. We have adopted a specific philanthropic firm mission of education, but the choice of what you support individually is, of course, your own
We are fortunate to be the current stewards of the long history and strong reputation that is Cain Hibbard. Our firm's roots date back to the 1800s and the firm's prominence in the community was built on the hard work of many who preceded us.
