Cailleo Properties (dba Fox Cities Home Buyers, iBuyWI & Wisconsin Discount Properties) is looking for a Sales Assassin.

POSITION OVERVIEW 

In every conversation lies an opportunity to establish a genuine connection and greatly impact someone’s life. Your mission as an Inside Sales Associate is to identify opportunities for our Acquisitions Closers Team to meet with potential sellers. You will be the crucial first encounter for each potential seller in their journey with our team.

CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead Identification and Qualification: Conduct outbound phone calls to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Rapid Response: Demonstrate an exceptional sense of urgency by promptly responding to incoming phone calls, texts, and leads generated through our marketing channels
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the Acquisition Closers Team, ensuring efficient utilization of their time
  • Lead Nurturing: Cultivate relationships with qualified leads through diligent follow-up until they are ready for an appointment or contract, showcasing your attention to detail and commitment to an exceptional customer experience and outcome
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Acquisition Closers to facilitate a seamless transition from lead generation to closing.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by you, aligning with your income targets
  • Networking: Actively participate in the team's investor networking events to build industry connections and broaden your knowledge
  • On-Call Coverage: Share rotational after-hours and weekend 'on-call' coverage to ensure round-the-clock availability for potential customers

You have a very strong sense of urgency. Speed to lead! Urgency is one of the things that will be foundational to your success. The conversion rate decreases by a staggering 70% after 2 minutes on an incoming lead. All the opportunity lives in your ability to connect with a new lead quickly.

You have astounding attention to detail. We are in a business of serving people, often in a difficult season of their life. Being able to pick up on small details in conversation, ask deeper questions, and develop trust is essential. There are many cues that a prospective customer offers; you lean in with curiosity and genuine care & compassion. You are meticulous in keeping detailed records in the company’s CRM and following the sales process.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in real estate is cool (we are obsessed with our industry) but we care little about specific education and experience. Instead, we place a high value on a person’s drive, determination, extreme ownership & Mamba Mentality. We believe that if a person is a good fit for our company based on their character, culture and skill level (in that order) we can teach and train on the industry and our company’s processes.

COMPENSATION

ISA’s who meet or exceed their KPI’s will have total compensation earnings in excess of 6 figures. The total compensation includes a base salary plus commission based on individual KPI's, with uncapped opportunity.
