If you've got experience within the hotel realm, we encourage you to be a part of our team. This encompasses a wide array of positions, such as General Manager, Front Desk Agent, Housekeeping Executive, Sales Manager, Controller, Engineer, Assistant GM, Food and Beverage, and more.

Keep in mind that these are contract positions. We're in search of candidates who can readily embark on their assignments. Most assignments typically run for 30 days, with the potential for extensions.

Exceptional Communication: Engage with company clientele, staff, and customers in a pleasant and professional manner.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of discipline to ensure that every detail is accounted for.

Software Proficiency: Quickly learn and use specific company computer programs to streamline operations.

Organizational Excellence: Utilize your outstanding organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.

Professional Demeanor: Uphold a positive, professional, and pleasant attitude and adhere to our dress code standards.

Self-motivation: Accomplish tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to your work.

Time Management and Organization: Exhibit superior time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and priorities.

Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, even under high-pressure situations and strict deadlines.

Calm Under Pressure: Remain composed during emergency situations and effectively manage internal and external challenges.

Qualifications:

Experience with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Choice Hotels systems is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Flexibility to travel within 72 hours of contract assignment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
