We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Cafe Assistant to join our team. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring high-quality standards
- Take customer orders and process payments using the Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with the cafe manager in daily operations and assist with administrative tasks
- Support the team in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or as an assistant manager in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Culinary background or knowledge is beneficial but not required
