The Information Technology Coordinator plays an integral part of the administrative team of Beau Delicious! International, LLC (BDI) by providing Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) support for BDI and its affiliated restaurants. This position coordinates projects and provides the liaison between our departments and our 3rd party IT vendor for day to day troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation for our restaurants and business office. The Information Technology Coordinator supports the Associate Director of Administration to ensure our IT infrastructure is reliable and secure. All Team Members must be familiar with and follow to the best of their ability the Purpose, Mission Statement and Core Values.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate projects for IT-related initiatives that enable Café Yumm! to complete more vigorously and mote profitable in a constantly changing and demanding market.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for Team Members in restaurants, business office, warehouse, and remote work locations.
• Coordinate assistance from IT support vendor, track IT support request tickets, and ensure all issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with technology vendors on software and hardware upgrades.
• Onboard and offboard Team Members regarding IT-related functions.
• Develop, communicate, and follow IT policies and procedures, including but not limited to data back-up and emergency recovery options.
• Assist with optimizing IT performance relative to cost, value creation and satisfaction in the key areas of operating systems, telecommunications, network management and desktop support.
• Assist with protecting the company and its operations against IS/IT risks, including unauthorized access to information, data integrity problems, loss of processing capability, and poor service levels.
• Assist with managing hardware/software, inventory, access levels, and passwords.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure the strategic goals of the department and Café Yumm! are met or exceeded.
• Provide backup administrative support to all departments, including errands, correspondence, filing systems, postal functions, office supplies, phone systems, Team Member meals, snacks, gifts, general office cleanliness, and other clerical/administrative functions.
• Travel to on-site locations as required.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Your Education and Experience:

• At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in an office setting is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record pursuant to BDI’s policies.
