Baker

Duties:

• Baking, decorating and overall presentation of all Bakery products sold in the storefront
• Produce our entire line of baked goods: quality cakes, cupcakes, cookies, biscotti and any other production items as delegated by a manager
• Ensure exceptional product by following recipes, understanding prep procedures, and maintaining raw materials quality
• Make sure our baked goods are baked and decorated according to Cafe W - Bakery product standards
• Keep up with pace of store and customer flow

Qualifications:

• Languages: English and Korean
• Have a positive attitude and hospitality driven
• Strong communication and active listening skills
