Richard Santana in Oakland, CA is looking for one barista to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 4100 Macarthur Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Part time hours should be expected but full time is possible after training.

Responsibilities

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

*Willing to be trained as barista/cashier *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Comfortable in a small family business working environment

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Compensation is $16.50/hour.

About Cafe Santana: After reading an article on the benefits of home roasting using a hot air popcorn maker, Café Santana founder Richard Santana was hooked! To his dismay, he found that it worked exceptionally well, but he knew that he could do even better. Richard has been roasting coffee for 17 amazing years and counting!
