**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual Spanish and English a must. Most be a legal allien.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages

- Operate POS systems and cash registers

- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and work area

- Assist customers in choosing menu items and provide recommendations

- Handle food orders and ensure accuracy in preparation

- Uphold high standards of quality control and customer service

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the food service or coffee industry preferred

- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and Aloha POS is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments
