POSITION PURPOSE:

As a Server, you will work in a fine dining, high-volume, guest-centric, fast-paced environment to provide European style service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full table service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking in the absence of a Captain and delivery of any food and/or beverage items while abiding by all state, federal and business laws. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction and repeat business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Previous server experience in fine dining, high paced restaurant, attention to details, responsiveness to guest needs, ability to read, write and speak English with guests and, flexible schedule.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Experience:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 2-4 years of prior server experience in fine dining, full table service restaurant / customer service-related experience required.
