Le Mistral is a French Brasserie in Park Slope that stays true to the essence of French Cuisine, where delicious food is served in an elegant yet unpretentious setting. We are seeking an organized, efficient, and customer service-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead our team and handle the day to day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of our restaurant’s policies and procedures, and will participate in achieving our revenue objectives, and ensure that customers’ needs are promptly met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations. Train and supervise staff. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly followed. Maintain safe working conditions. Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
