The restaurant features a fun, hip atmosphere, combining retro and modern designs with an incredible menu, chic wine bar and The Counter filled with fresh pastries, coffee, gelato and the hub for all take-out. Guests are entertained with a multimedia celebration of iconic Planet Hollywood moments featuring highlights of its storied 25-year history including legendary grand opening celebrations. High-energy video and photography montages of the company’s most exciting events and gatherings are broadcast on Café Hollywood’s 35 monitors, and a photo gallery of incredible entertainment moments decorates the walls in between the monitors.

Essential Functions:
• Demonstrates a commitment to excellence through execution of Planet Hollywood service standards.
• Knowledge of all table numbers and floor plans.
• In-depth knowledge of all food and beverage products.
• Knowledge of all other areas of the restaurant.
• Utilizes Star Selling salesmanship techniques.
• Executes clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Works scheduled food-running shift as needed.
• Efficient use of the Aloha point of sale system.
• Accurate in cash handling and knowledge of forms of payment accepted.
• Practices and understands alcohol awareness.
• Executes tray service delivery.
• Executes beverage tray service.
• Demonstrates professional and gracious demeanor at all times.
• Personally handles all guest inquiries.
• Performs all opening, running, and closing duties to standard.
• Performs any job functions requested by the leadership team.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but, not required.
Experience: At least one year experience in a similar position in a high volume restaurant
