Café Corazón Brown Deer opened November 2022 and are looking to build a fun, energetic, and hardworking team. We are a Mexican restaurant serving up home-made recipes. We support one another, our vendors, local farmers, and customers through engaging with each person and providing an accommodating environment. One of our pillars is to maintain a strong focus on food sourcing and expanding knowledge around it. We seek like-minded people willing to work toward these same goals.

Required: Serving/Bartending 1 year of experience minimum.

Preferred:

• Toast POS experience.
• Completion of Bartender Class and/or ServSafe.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers.
• Initiate service (provide menus, waters, and offer chips).
• Provide service that matches Corazón’s standards and expectations (anticipate guest needs and provide customized service).
• Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils, and bar area & equipment.
• Assist with bussing and turning tables over for next customers.
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change if necessary.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Record drink and food orders accurately and immediately after having received them into the POS.
• Maintain pars and prep required to provide reliable, efficient, and great service.
• Run drinks when needed.
