**Job Overview:** We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meals - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area **Skills:** - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales - Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and calculating bills - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations - Familiarity with the food industry practices and standards - Ability to bus tables when needed to support overall dining operations Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills in guest service, communication, and teamwork will be valued.
