Cafe Bourbon St. is a small family business in Atlanta, GA looking to expand to other locations. We also have a brick and mortar in Marietta, GA. Our slogan is "Real New Orleans Food by a Real New Orleans Family. We are professional, friendly, and tech forward.

Our Food Trailer Operates Wednesday-Sunday 11am-6pm. The Food Truck sits at 1 location. We do book catering events with the truck that requires it to be at a different location sometimes. You do not have to drive/move the food truck.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to the kitchen

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel, restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work alone
