Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production, leadership, and shift management.

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts

- Ensure smooth operations in the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness

- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions

- Oversee cafe management activities to maintain quality and efficiency

- Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance performance

- Assist in food service management tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in a leadership role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and handle a team effectively

- Knowledge of coffee and boba preparation techniques is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic financial management
