Bilingual Customer Experience Representative Under the direction of the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be focused on providing our customers excellent customer service. The customer service representative will be responsible for ensuring positive relationships with customers through interactions over the phone, email and chat. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers online in a call center atmosphere. Why Cady Studios?
