Bilingual Customer Experience Representative
Under the direction of the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be focused on providing our customers excellent customer service. The customer service representative will be responsible for ensuring positive relationships with customers through interactions over the phone, email and chat.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers online in a call center atmosphere.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones/emails/chats and resolve customer issues and complaints
Record and report results of interactions with customers
Knowledge and understanding of product lines
expertise in Cady Studios customer service policies
Bilingual - English & Spanish
1 year experience in customer service
High school diploma
Experience working in online call center position
