Cadillac/Wexford Transit Authority (WexExpress) is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Cadillac, MI

WexExpress provides convenient, reliable, and safe transportation options for residents and visitors of Wexford County. Our team connects over 150,000 riders annually to work, school, medical appointments, shopping centers, entertainment, and community events. Our dispatchers are a vital resource to our community and our local economy.

If you have experience that is great! If not, we will provide paid training.

To join our team, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Pass a background check
  • Have a valid Michigan Drivers License, with no suspensions or restrictions for the last 5 years
  • Pass a Department of Transportation Physical and Drug Test
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Have great customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Be able to use technology with ease

The shift we are currently hiring for is 9:45am-6:15pm Monday- Friday and rotating Saturdays (approximately 1 Saturday per month, may vary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
