Service Technician

Skills: Service Technician, with Diesel Experience a Plus

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Metairie, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and repairing vehicles, with a focus on diesel engines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles
• Perform engine and transmission repairs and replacements
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and provide recommendations for repairs
• Keep accurate records of all services performed on vehicles
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Service Technician
• Experience working with diesel engines is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
