Cadillac of Birmingham is seeking to hire a full-time SALES ASSOCIATE to provide

product information to customers and assist them in the vehicle selection process.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• No Dealership experience is required, but knowledge of the automotive

industry/Cadillac brand is a plus

• Customer Service experience is a MUST

• Know the ins & outs of products, optional packages, and latest technology

• Create excitement about Cadillac vehicles and the Cadillac brand!

• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives

• Drive loyalty by helping transition customers to the Service department to

enhance their ownership experience

• Must have a positive attitude and superior work ethic

• Great communication and listening skills

• Effective at handling customer objections, making customers feel heard, and

delivering a world-class customer service experience for every guest

• Organized, reliable, attention to detail, and accuracy in everything you do

• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer

service skills

• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as a team

• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional

appearance/demeanor

• Must be able to work Saturdays and pass pre-employment testing including

background checks, MVR, and drug screening

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be authorized to work in the US

• Minimum of 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
