Position Description:Responsibility & Authority:
Personnel with the job title listed above have the responsibility & authority to perform the following functions & employment requirements listed below.
Brief:
Coordinate all activities in the Shipping and Receiving Department, including but not limited to:
Job Functions:
Mexico internal shipping/receiving
External shipments
Driver
Customer/Supplier interaction
Receives incoming going goods
Creates receiving documents for outside processes
Receives backdoor customer jobs
Drives a forklift
Packages outgoing goods
Coordinates driver pickup/deliveries
Creates job sheets as required
Loads and unloads goods from truck
Trains and instructs other employees as directed
May perform other duties as requested
Employment Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Valid Arizona's driver's license
Excellent driving record
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs
Job Demands-Physical:
Standing for long periods up to 90% of the time.
Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds without assistance.
Contacts:
Internal departments, UPS , Federal Express, and customers
Working Conditions:
Works both inside and outside with extreme temperature changes. Safety glasses are required in designated area.
