Job Description:Cadence 3 is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our team for a summer internship program. As a Social Media Intern at Cadence 3, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing social media content for our clients and internal team across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
• Leveraging internal tools, build out a robust social media calendar across the duration of the internship aligned to days, times, topics, and projects for review and approval
• Schedule and publish content according to approved content calendar
• Assist in developing social media strategies to increase engagement
• Build content across a variety of styles (still images, motion graphics, photography, and video) aligned to Cadence 3 brand and goals

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, particularly in B2B space
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools is a plus
