PART-TIME DISHWASHER/ PREP Cadbury Commons, an Independent & Assisted Living Community in Cambridge is looking to hire an experienced part time dishwasher / prep person. The hours are Saturday 3:00pm - 8:00pm and Sunday 8:00am - 3:00pm... Must be dependable, punctual & reliable, self motivated, and to be able to communicate with fellow staff members (English speaking & writing) We run a CORI (Background Check) and drug test all perspective employees.

General Responsibilities:

1. Clears, scrapes, stacks, and washes all dishes and glassware, cutlery and cooking pots, pans, and utensils in the dishwashing machine.

2. Clears and cleans kitchen counters, sinks and all surfaces, and sweeps and mops floors at the end of each meal as well as the end of each day. Take out trash as needed.

3. Responsible for keeping kitchen clean

4. Provides assistance to other kitchen staff through assigned task.

5. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Must be reliable, dependable, and willing to perform a variety of task assigned by the Cook or Director of Dining Services. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with other staff. One or more years related experience in a similar environment is preferred.
