Cadbury at Cherry Hill is looking for responsible and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team! The RN will be responsible for managing and executing each residents’ care through promoting consistent physical, clinical and emotional support.

RN Responsibilities:

• Monitor resident’s condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Implement physicians’ orders, perform treatments, start IVs, and administer medications
• Perform wound care
• Assist in medical procedures as needed
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants
• Create, implement, and evaluate resident’s care plan with the medical team
• Educate residents and qualifying family members about their medical conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain a safe, hygienic working environment
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
• Exhibit excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Execute knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• Willing to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate

RN Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (proof required)
• Current license in New Jersey
• BLS certification
• 1-2 years recent nursing experience preferred

RN Skills:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Treatment planning
• Case management
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Critical care nursing
• Acute care
• Patient/Family education

Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour
