CAD Engineering Resources, Inc. is Hiring a Site Supervisor Near Brooklyn, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on proven work history)
*Must have reliable transportation to travel to other locations in Northeast Ohio job sites.
Job Description of the Shift Supervisor :
Oversee all day-to-day operations of CER personnel and quality control operations. Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees.
Required skills needed of the Shift Supervisor :
- High School Diploma/GED required, college coursework preferred
- Must be detailed oriented
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Must have a background in automotive quality inspection (minimum two-years)
- Must be able to lift 20lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
- Ability to problem solve and work with fellow employees
- Must be willing to work overtime as required
- Available to train on day shift for approximately one-week
- A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and drug screen and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team
